If you’re looking for how many chapters are in Red Dead Redemption 2, you’ve come to the right place.
Obviously, the following is something you don’t want to read if you’d
like to go in completely blind, but we’ll do our best to avoid spoiling
specifics.
Stop reading now if you don’t want to know.
Red Dead Redemption 2 has six full-blown chapters, but there are also
two lengthy epilogue chapters, bringing the total to eight.
Some of the chapters are shorter than others, but some can take a
full day of play, at the very least. One of the later chapters, Chapter
6, is by far the longest of them.
Generally, your camp moves spot at the end of a chapter, and you and
the gang head to a new location. Red Dead Redemption 2 makes incredible
use of its space, taking you to new corners of the map with each
mission.
Saying that, even by the end of the game you will not have seen it
all. If you want to take it all in, make sure you explore properly,
check every desolate cabin, and take it all in. It’s also worth spending
some time with your gang members.
If you’re looking to hunt every animal species, it’s also worth
noting that a large portion of the map is locked off until the epilogue,
and this portion contains some different species. Still, take your time
– this is one of the most generous games ever released and it would be a
shame to rush through it.
