Red Dead Redemption 2: where to find the derailed train and hidden treasure
Trains are a big feature in Red Dead Redemption 2, and not just for fast travel. If you wander across the bridge at Granite Ravine, take a peek over the edge and you’ll see a derailed train, like something out of Back to the Future part three.

To get to this carriage, you’ll need to follow a path on the cliff to the left. Once you’ve jumped over some chassis, take a look at the left of the cliff wall and you’ll see an edge you can almost reach.
What you’ll need to do is sprint up to the wall and climb it, then sprint up the path to the ledge above. It can be a bit frustrating to do, especially if Arthur is ragdolling around the place.

Once inside the vertical carriage, jump to the bottom to find the two gold bars, some ammo and some pirate rum. You can find more gold bars and where to sell them in our guide here as well as our guide on how to get rich quick.
